Guy is a third generation Santa Rosa resident who has spent his lifetime involved in athletics and movement. In his youth, he played soccer, surfed, skied, and even danced with his family’s ballet company. He continues to maintain many of these activities, expanding his expertise to include yoga, Pilates, and acupressure as a way to remain injury free and balanced. Guy finally decided to become a fitness and wellness coach after working in emergency medicine as an EMT for many years. Guy has seen up close the lack of emphasis on preventative care and the connection to how badly individuals suffer in their later years after a lifetime of poor choices and inability to change destructive habits. With his experience, ability to coach, and dynamic energy, Guy brings a passion to helping others find the path to feeling great and enjoying an active lifestyle.
